Ram Associates’ Design Technology department consists of a team of experts in BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Computational Design, who collaborate to integrate cutting-edge digital tools into the design process. Ram Design does more than just design; it explores, tests and implements innovative technologies that improve the quality and efficiency of our projects, enabling more fluid, interactive and visionary design.
For Ram Associates, materials are more than just building components-they are the beating heart of every project. Ram Materials is the department dedicated to the selection and application of materials that tell a story of innovation, sustainability and contemporaneity. Each material choice is designed to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of spaces, creating architecture that dialogues with the present time and looks to the future.
Ram Lab is our laboratory for experimentation, where models become tools for design, creative expression and identity building. Through model making, we translate our vision into tangible forms, exploring new ways of representing designs. It is a place where creativity takes physical form, allowing our team to refine and communicate in concrete ways the ideas behind each project.
Ram 5D represents the evolution of design toward the “fifth dimension,” the emotional dimension. Today, designing means creating spaces that respond not only to functional needs, but also to people’s feelings, emotions and needs. Ram 5D transcends the boundaries of traditional design, putting the individual and his or her experience of space at the center.
